Georgia Hughes


Georgia is a loyal and hardworking Psychologist. She has a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and is a generally registered Psychologist. Georgia has a wide range of experience working with young children and older youth, supporting them to achieve an improved quality of life and reach their goals through a person-centred, strengths focused approach. She also draws on elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Family Systems therapy and Solution-Focused therapy. In her spare time, Georgia loves teaching dance, spending quality time with family, and travelling when she can.

Mikaylee is a compassionate Psychologist. She has a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and is a generally registered psychologist. Mikaylee has experience working with children and young persons with a range of presentations and enjoys working collaboratively with her clients to achieve their goals. In her spare time Mikaylee likes listening to true crime podcasts, reading or being near the water.


Mikaylee Baldwin


Kyle is a committed and talented provisional psychologist. He has a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and is experienced with clients from a range of ages and differing complexities. Kyle utilises a strength-based approach drawing on elements from cognitive behaviour therapy and trauma informed practise. Kyle aims to help clients and their supports to better understand their abilities and needs, in the hope of allowing his clients to reach the goals that matter to them. In his spare time, Kyle can be found gaming or playing with his dog, Titan.

Jacqui is a bright and bubbly Behaviour Support Practitioner. She has a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced). Jacqui has experience supporting young people to improve their quality of life and work towards their goals. Jacqui aims to support clients collaboratively through a strengths-based approach and drawing on elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. In her spare time Jacqui enjoys travelling, hiking and spending time with her dog, Ellie.

Kalinda is a down to earth and compassionate receptionist. She loves to assist people where she can, striving to do the best at her job everyday. Kalinda prides herself on attention to detail, while also recognising she is human. Kalinda loves to have authentic connections with others, and celebrates the quirks of individuals. She feels passionate about being inclusive to all diversity and hopes that everyone can have a place they feel welcomed and comfortable to be themselves. Outside of work, Kalinda likes to be in nature going for bushwalks or gardening, watching her free-range chickens, and expressing creativity in many different ways.

Charlotte is a passionate Behaviour Support Specialist with a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Master of Counselling. The most important thing to Charlotte is helping as many people as she can by looking after our staff, and always making sure the services we provide are of the highest quality. Using a person-centred, strengths-based approach, Charlotte has many years of experience working with children and families to help them better understand each other and build strong positive relationships. She uses an integrated approach informed by creative therapies, Collaborative and Proactive Solutions, Conscious Care and Support, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Person-Centred Care.

Brent works hard behind the scenes to keep the business running at its best, so we can provide the highest quality services to our clients. With an extensive background in Mechanical Engineering and Programming, Brent keeps our systems on track and ensures the efficiencies of the day to day operations. Brent's innovative thinking and problem solving prowess keeps our business healthy and sustainable.
