Director
Charlotte Saunders
Charlotte is a passionate Behaviour Support Specialist with a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Master of Counselling. Using a person-centred, strengths-based approach, Charlotte has many years of experience working with children and families to help them better understand each other and build strong positive relationships. She uses an integrated approach informed by creative therapies, Collaborative and Proactive Solutions, Conscious Care and Support, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Person-Centred Care.

Outside of work, you can find Charlotte gaming, playing with her dogs and cat, reading, or spending time with her family.

Director
Brent Saunders
Brent works hard behind the scenes to keep the business running at its best, so we can provide the highest quality services to our clients. With an extensive background in Mechanical Engineering and Programming, Brent keeps our systems on track and ensures the efficiencies of the day to day operations. Brent's innovative thinking and problem solving prowess keep our business healthy and sustainable.

When he's not at work, Brent loves to build things, try out new hobbies, play video games, and spend time with his family.

Receptionist
Kalinda Nelson-Boyd
Kalinda is a down to earth and compassionate receptionist. She loves to assist people where she can, striving to do the best at her job everyday. Kalinda prides herself on attention to detail, while also recognising she is human. Kalinda loves to have authentic connections with others, and celebrates the quirks of individuals. She feels passionate about being inclusive to all diversity and hopes that everyone can have a place they feel welcomed and comfortable to be themselves.
Outside of work, Kalinda likes to be in nature going for bushwalks or gardening, watching her free-range chickens, and expressing creativity in many different ways.

Receptionist
Elly Keller
Elly is a detail-oriented and passionate member of our reception staff. She has experience working with young children and loves chatting with our clients about their interests. Elly prides herself on putting in her best effort in every aspect of her work, and strives to create a safe, comfortable space for our clients and their families.
In her spare time Elly enjoys reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.

Receptionist
Sarah Willey
Sarah is a calm and compassionate receptionist who has a natural talent for organisation. Sarah has 6 years of experience working in Early Childhood Education and Care, which has ultimately grown her passion for supporting young people and their families. Sarah exhibits genuine care for others as she takes time to listen to our clients and support them as best she can. Sarah feels strongly about providing a comfortable, safe space that is inclusive and welcoming for all individuals.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys playing games, swimming, taking her labrador Murray to the dog park, as well as spending time with her family and friends.

Behaviour Support Practitioner Admin
Craig Izzard
Craig is an enthusiastic and understanding Behaviour Support Practitioner. While he works on completing his Bachelor of Psychological Science, he is providing administrative support to our practitioners. He is our go-to-guy for the Restrictive Practices Portal, making sure we're up to date on our reports, and making sure we are working in line with the NDIS legislation.
In his spare time, you can find Craig gaming, riding his motorbike, and spending time with his dog Texas.

Psychologist
Georgia Hughes
Georgia is a loyal and hardworking Psychologist. She has a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and is a generally registered Psychologist. Georgia has a wide range of experience working with young children and older youth, supporting them to achieve an improved quality of life and reach their goals through a person-centred, strengths focused approach. She also draws on elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Family Systems therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy.
In her spare time, Georgia loves teaching dance, spending quality time with family, and travelling when she can.

Behaviour Support Practitioner
Pavarita Naidu
Pavarita is a Behaviour Support Practitioner motivated by the belief that everyone deserves mental health care that recognises their culture, identity, and story. She has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Advanced) and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in psychology. Her practice is grounded in inclusivity, with a focus on bridging the gap between culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities and accessible mental health support.

Alongside her role, Pavarita is developing an independent research paper exploring generational differences in mental health awareness within the cultural diaspora in the Hunter region. This work reflects her dedication to building people-centred, culturally responsive approaches to wellbeing.​
Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, travelling, and creative projects that combine design, culture, and mental health advocacy.

Provisional Psychologist
Meg Grieves
Meg is a creative and compassionate Provisional Psychologist. She has a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and has several years of experience in the mental health sector. She is currently working towards her Master of Clinical Psychology. Meg utilises a strengths-based approach in all of her work and loves assisting her clients using a variety of creative, evidence-based approaches to attain their goals.

Outside of work, Meg enjoys spending time with friends and family, writing, and enjoying the great outdoors.

Provisional Psychologist
Cameron Dorn
Cameron is a dedicated and compassionate Provisional Psychologist committed to helping individuals lead meaningful and autonomous lives. He also supports families and professionals in this journey. His approach is rooted in the philosophy that children do well if they can, and that meaningful change relies on a deep understanding of an individual’s abilities and the demands placed on them by their environment.

In his personal time, Cameron enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and children, listening to podcasts, and visiting cafes.

Behaviour Support Practitioner
Lauren Worth
Lauren is an empathetic and energetic Behaviour Support Practitioner. She has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science, and is currently studying her Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced). Lauren is passionate about neurodiversity affirming practice and believes in welcoming each person exactly as they are. Her therapeutic approach is primarily drawn from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solutions Focused Therapies. Lauren prides herself on her genuine and compassionate approach to her work.
Outside of work, she enjoys listening to Taylor Swift or true crime podcasts, and spending time with family and friends.

Behaviour Support Practitioner
Taylor Vera
Taylor is a vibrant and cheerful Behaviour Support Practitioner. She has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science. Taylor is passionate about Neurodiversity affirming practice and she finds joy in connecting with people from all walks of life. Taylor prides herself in being compassionate and genuine in her work and encourages collaborative practices.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys playing video games, going to events with her friends, and spending time with her dog, Zeus.

Provisional Psychologist
Joan Tan
Joan is a positive and empathetic Provisional Psychologist who firmly believes that everyone can thrive when supported by a safe and inclusive environment. She holds a Master’s degree in Professional Psychology and is currently completing a Master’s in Clinical Psychology.
Joan takes a strengths-based, culturally informed approach to her work, collaborating closely with clients and their families to support meaningful progress using various evidence-based practices.
Outside of work, Joan values quality time with loved ones and enjoys immersing herself in life’s simple pleasures. However, as a dedicated student, she is often found tucked away in a café, headphones on, focused on her studies.

Behaviour Support Practitioner
Teaghan Morton
Teaghan is a passionate, dedicated, and caring Behaviour Support Practitioner, who believes in building safe and inclusive environments where everyone feels comfortable and supported to be their best authentic self. She has a Bachelors of Psychological Science and Criminology, and plans on continuing her studies through completing a Graduate Diploma (Advanced) in Psychology in 2026 and further with a Master of Neuropsychology. During her studies, Teaghan found a passion for learning about child development and expanded on this passion by working and gaining experience in Early Childhood Education and Care.
She enjoys supporting children and their families with a person-centred strengths-based approach, using collaborative spaces and child-led experiences to help children attain their goals and thrive within their environments.
Outside of work, Teaghan loves to spend quality time with her family and friends, and of course her three dogs Dexter, Ziva and Chester. If I am not studying, I like to relax by watching tv shows or playing video games.
